Most of our clients finance the pool, the deck and the features as one project.
We are a builder, not a lender — so we do not mark up your money or bury a finance charge in the contract. We work with two lenders who specialize in swimming pool loans, and you deal with them directly.
Start with a free design and construction proposal from us. That proposal is the number you take to a lender, so you are applying against a real scope instead of a guess.
Lender one
Lyon Financial
A long-standing pool and spa lending specialist. Apply online directly with Lyon and they will walk you through their programs and terms.
Apply with Lyon →Lender two
HFS Financial
Swimming pool loans through a network of lending partners. Also worth a quote if you want to compare offers before you commit.
Apply with HFS →Rates, terms and approval are set entirely by the lender — RHR Pools does not originate, service or receive a commission on these loans, and nothing here is an offer of credit.
How the money actually moves
01
Free proposal
Design and construction proposal from Ryan, at no cost and with no obligation.
02
Apply & compare
Take that scope to either lender — or both — and choose the offer you prefer.
03
Contract & deposit
Final review with Ryan, contract signed, small deposit taken, then engineering begins.
04
Payments by phase
Your contract sets the schedule, tied to construction phases — no surprises mid-build.
Before you apply
Know what is in the number
Decking, barriers, landscaping, equipment and features all sit inside the project. Our proposal itemizes them, so you can finance the whole backyard rather than discovering line items later.
Plan for 13–15 weeks
That is typical construction time once permitted, depending on weather, inspections and complexity — useful context when a lender asks about draw timing.
Ask us anything first
We would rather spend an hour getting the scope right than have you borrow against a guess. Call 561‑748‑1563 or request a consultation.
